About the hotel

Parking at the hotel:

  • Valet parking available. Pull up to the front doors on 7th St. $29/day.

  • Self-parking available at the City Center ramp just north of the Marriott front doors.  After you park, take the elevator to Level 1; and follow signs to the Marriott.  Ask at the front desk for the discounted self-parking card.  $19/day for hotel guests.

Room rates:

  • Single, double, triple or quad rooms all at same price
  • $129/room night [plus taxes, approx 13%]

Reservations: 

  • To receive the conference hotel discount, please use your credit card and the 'MSS book-a-room' link below.
  • Your credit card will not be charged until you arrive.
  • Don't delay!  The discount rate will be available until March 7 or until the MSS room block is full, whichever comes first.

Transportation to the hotel:


  • This hotel does not provide airport shuttle service. 

  • From the airport:  Super Shuttle / reservation required / approx $16 one way.
  • From the airport:  Bus service / approx $2.25 one way.
  • From the airport:  Taxi fare  / approx $35.00 one way.
  • From the airport: Light rail  /  serves both terminals and costs only $1.75.  The light rail leaves the terminals in two directions:  headed for the Mall of America or headed downtown. Take the train that heads downtown and alight at the Nicollet Mall station; the hotel is only two blocks away.
